Logistical Values

Classic City will appoint and make available an experienced project coordinator who will serve as your single point of contact who shall remain responsible throughout the project responding to requests for service and project information. The project coordinator will be available on a priority basis during the time period of product shipment, receiving and installation.

Classic City will maintain all vendor order information. Updates to order information, such as purchase order modifications and revisions will be added to the freight management company’s database as they occur, so that all vendor orders are kept up to date and visible to all parties.

Classic City provides online access to tracking and reporting information that makes visible warehouse contents, freight action, and tracking data. Shipment and delivery actions will be reported real time.

Classic City will contact each manufacturing vendor and verify the anticipated fulfillment schedule as well as any submittals or other requirements that may affect shipment.

A Classic City Project Coordinator will immediately notify the client of any outstanding issues such as non-responsive vendors, or vendors who are non-compliant with the terms of the purchase order wether it be in production scheduling, fulfillment, or shipping date information.

A Classic City representative will call the vendor no later than 3 days prior to the scheduled ship date to reconfirm and verify availability, and final arrangements for the pick-up as well as notify the end destination of the shipment en route. A freight management representative will obtain information about hours, location, restrictions, and notice required for pick-ups at all vendor shipping facilities. Additionally, a Classic City representative will arrange all transportation and identify any special packaging needs such as protective blankets, strap downs, air ride trailers, etc. to insure a safe delivery.

Liquidation Process

Luxury Brand Liquidation

After Classic City Liquidators has been contacted, our appraisers do a thorough property walk-through with owners and hotel executives to ensure a complete and accurate liquidation inventory. After evaluating the condition and sale-ability of the furniture as well as handling costs, a fair market appraisal will be submitted to the client. CCH then guarantees that all liquidated items are removed from rooms and off the property by the requested date, with the least amount of disturbance to hotel management and guests.

Each and every activity involved in the liquidation is always at our expense, never our client’s.
